University of the Cumberlands Athletics

Davey Slaughter begins her first season on the Patriots coaching staff after concluding a decorated playing career at Cumberlands in 2025. Slaughter joins the staff following one of the strongest defensive seasons in program history, earning MSC Defender of the Year, MSC First Team All-Conference, and AVCA First Team All-Region honors. She was also a three-time MSC Defender of the Week, Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, and MSC Academic All-Conference selection.
