Sickau was named the female athlete of the week after hitting .600 on the week en route to helping the Patriots go 6-0. The sophomore went 9-15 from the plate with three multi-hit games, and eight RBI's.  Sickau opened the week by going 3-3 with a walk and a homerun in UC's come-from-behind win over Tennessee Wesleyan. In the night cap, the Anderson County, TN native went 2-3 with an RBI, a run scored, and a walk. Sickau added four hits, including a blast in the final game of the series against Ohio Christian. She also walked twice and drove in five runs during the series. On the week, Sickau posted an on base percentage of .667 to help the Patriots to their first 10-game win streak in program history.
