Chisolm earned male player of the week honors after going 4-0 and winning the 285 lbs. weight class at the Dan Gable Open. Chisolm began the day earning a tech fall win over Kody Priesgen of UW Stevens Point in a 17-0 match. He then defeated Ben Kitslaar in a 12-1 major decision to advance to the semifinals, where he won by tech fall 16-1 over Tory Jandrin of UW Oshkosh.  In the finals, Chisolm recorded a 9-1 major decision over Ross Agg of UW Stevens Point to place first.
