Bowling Green, KY – Twelve student-athletes from the UC volleyball team earned Academic All-Mid-South Conference honors, announced by the conference office Wednesday.

Brooke Carpenter, Faith Coppock, Rebekah Fischer, Kathryn Green, Megan Jackson, Mackenzie Koch, Tara Routliffe, Jessica Severs, Lynsey Short, Brooklyn Shrout, Tipmana Tanajantaporn, and Megan Willoughby were the 12 Patriot athletes out of the 67 athletes from the conference that received the honor. The Patriots 12 student-athletes were the second most in the conference, one behind Georgetown who had 13 student-athletes earn this recognition.

To be nominated for the Conference awards the athletes must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale, and have received at least sophomore status.

The Patriots will take the court in Bowling Green, KY for the Mid-South Conference tournament on Thursday, November 9. Cumberlands earned the fourth seed in the tournament and will be taking on fifth-seed Life at 1 p.m. Links for live video and stats can be found on the MSC volleyball tournament page located here.
