Williamsburg, KY – After being on the road for a week, the third-ranked Patriots men's lacrosse were scheduled to face Asbury Tuesday, March 19, however the Eagles have forfeited the game moving the Patriots record to 7-1 and 3-0 in AAC play.

According the statement released on asburyeagles.com on Wednesday, the Eagles have discontinued their men's lacrosse program effective immediately.

Cumberlands next home game will be Sunday, March 24, when UC host top-ranked Madonna. The game is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the UC Lacrosse/Soccer Complex.

The Patriots return to the field Saturday, March 16, to face tenth-ranked SCAD in West Palm Beach. The game is slated for 11 a.m. with live video available here.
