Bowling Green, KY – Four days after capture their third straight MSC championship, eight members of that championship team were among the 26 MSC men's swimmers to be named the academic all-conference team, announced by the conference office Wednesday.  The Patriots' eight all-conference recipients led the way for the conference.

Gus Bourff, Edmond Ceausu, Nicolas Cecioni, Enzo Esteves, Julio Hack De Silva, Alan Senn, Nathan Souz, and Charles Wolfram were the eight Patriot swimmers to earn this distinction.  It marks the second straight year that Ceausu, Cecioni, Esteves, Hack De Silva, and Senn has earned this recognition. 

In addition to taking home the team title, Cumberlands had 33 swimmers earn MSC All-Conference honors while Peyton Berter was named MSC Freshman of the Year.

To be nominated for this award, each student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and have completed at least one year at a college or university.
