Campbellsville opened the second quarter on a 9-0 run, over the span of four minutes.  Cumberlands battled back as Destiny Haworth hit a pair of deep balls, while find Casey Coleman under the back for a layup to cut the deficit to 32-25 with 4:38 left.   After the teams traded points, the Tigers went on a 6-0 run, before Abbi Douglas added a free throw in the closing seconds to cut the deficit to 39-28 at the break.

The Patriots opened the second half with Haworth finding Kaylee Monday behind-the-arc for three.  Campbellsville added five straight until the Kassie Monday converted layup to cut the deficit to 45-33 with 6:31 left.  UC added layup from Monday and Douglas, however, Campbellsville used the deep ball to extend their lead to 58-37 midway through the third quarter.  The Patriots continued to battled with a four point possession as Lewis converted a layup, while Shelby Moore grabbed the offensive rebound, off a missed free throw, and put it back.  Cumberlands outscored the Tigers 6-5 over the final two minutes as Kassie Monday found Kaylie Monday for a three before knocking down a pair from the charity stripe cutting the deficit to 63-46.

The two teams traded baskets over the first several minutes of the fourth quarter until Douglas converted a three-point play to make it 71-53 in favor of the Tigers with 5:33 left.  That sparked a 10-2 run for UC cutting it to 73-60 with 2:11 remaining.  Campbellsville closed out the game on an 8-5 run, with all five Patriot points coming from Kaylie Monday for the 81-65 final.
