Campbellsville, KY – For the second straight game the Patriots outshot their opponent, but were unable to convert any into goals, falling 1-0 to Campbellsville. The loss drops UC to a 4-2-2 record in the Mid-South Conference.

The Pats had double digit shots in both halves combining for 24, while the Tigers only had five and seven shots in each half. Of the 24 shots fired by UC, 11 were on frame for the second most in a game this season.

Neither team was able to convert a goal in the first half for the 0-0 tie at the break. In the second half, Stephen Appiah landed a header on net  just 11 seconds into the period, but it was saved.

The Tigers scored their goal in 78' off a cross from the left side, to go up 1-0. In the next 12 minutes UC sent in five shots, but none of them able to cross the goal line.
