Williamsburg, KY – Patriots Head Football Coach Shan Housekeeper has been busy with the offseason program and has been completing his coaching staff for the 2022 season.  Coach Housekeeper has named Adam Morris as Cumberlands offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

"From my very first introduction with Coach Housekeeper and the UC campus, it was evident that this is a special place," said Morris. "The quality of people here is nothing but first-class and my family and I are thrilled to be joining the Patriot family."

Morris comes to UC after spending the past nine seasons at NCAA DI Campbell University.  He joined the Camels in 2013 as the wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator before being elevated to the quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator prior to the 2019 season.  Morris has coached several notable players including Hajj-Malik Williams to a Freshman All-American & Big South Freshman of the Year honors in 2019 and Caleb Snead, who was a 20118 Freshman All-American receiver.  He also coach several other all-conference recipients in his time at Campbell.

Following the 2020 season, Morris was selected to the American Football Coaches' Association 2021 35 Under 35 Coaches Leadership Institute.

Prior to joining the Camels, Morris spent a season as the offensive quality control coach at Liberty University after spending two seasons as the defensive and special teams quality control coach at  Kansas.  Morris began his coaching career in 2008 as a coaching intern with the Buffalo Bills.   

Morris is married to his wife Carson, and the couple has two kids Belle (4) and Hutch (1).

The Patriots will kickoff there 2022 season on Saturday, August 27, when they host Union in a Battle for the Brass Lantern.  Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at James H. Taylor, II Stadium.
