Williamsburg, KY - Under first year Head Coach Matt Daniel the Patriots men's basketball team went 20-13 and advanced to their 30 NAIA National Tournament in school history.  Cumberlands tallied their most conference wins since the 2010-11 season and had a pair of players earned MSC First Team All-Conference accolades.

Jahi Hinson is the 16^th Patriots to achieve over 1,000 points and 500 rebounds in their careers.  Hinson has scored 1,603 points, which ranks him eighth all-time to go along with grabbing 609 rebounds.

Under first year Head Coach Matt Daniel, Cumberlands qualified for their ninth consecutive NAIA National Tournament. The Patriots went 20-13 on the season to advance to their 30^th national tournament in program history.

  Lamar Harris recorded 53 blocks on the season, which is the second most in program history.  Harris tallied a
  program-record nine blocks against Georgetown.

Cumberlands opened the month of February on a six game win streak, including winning their final four home games.  A key win during the streak came on February 5^th as the Patriots knocked off seventh-ranked Thomas More 78-73 to sweep the season series over the Saints.

   Steven Fitzgerald averaged 17.1 points per game this season, which is fifth in the MSC.  He scored a season-high 29
   points in the win over St. Xavier and was named a MSC First Team All-Conference selection.

  Isaiah Payton led the team with 81 assists, averaging 2.5 assists per game throughout the season.  He had a 1.6
  assist to turnover ratio, while also leading the team with 37 steals.
