Louisville, KY- The Patriots men's bowling team competed at the NAIA Invitational this weekend in Louisville, KY. UC placed 15th in the team games and had some strong individual performances. The Patriots had a total pinfall 4565 through five team games. Their best score came in game four with 955 pins.
Noah Hall led the way for the Pats in the individual games and placed 48th overall. Hall had a total pinfall of 951 through five games for a 190-pin average. The freshman earned his best score in game four with 233 pins.
Austin Hale was the next finisher for UC and placed 70th overall. The junior knocked down 814 pins through four games for 204-pin average. His best score came in game two with 242 pins.
Matthew Yazell placed 84th overall with a total pinfall of 736 through four games for a 184-pin average. His best score came in game two with 233 pins.
Owen McClure finished 87th, knocking down 722 pins through four games for a 181-pin average. The Seymour, TN native earned his best score in both games two and three with 200 pins.
Cody Lumpkins knocked down 648 pins through four games for a 162-pin average. Liam McNamara also competed, knocking down 363 pins in two games.
The Pats will have some time off before returning to the lanes January 18th, for the ISBPA Kegel Collegiate Classic.
