Williamsburg, KY – The University of the Cumberlands Men's and Women's bowling teams have released their schedules for the 2025–26 season as they prepare for another competitive slate under Head Coach
Kevin Reigle. Entering his 14th season at the helm, Reigle will guide both squads through a mix of national tournaments and Mid-South Conference events in the lead up to the conference championships in February.
"I'm looking forward to the balance in this year's schedule," said Coach Reigle. "We've got a good mix of tough national events and challenging conference play, and I think that will prepare both our men's and women's teams to be at their best when it matters most."
The Patriots open the season on September 20
th at the DO Apparel/Brunswick Collegiate Tournament in Columbus, OH. Both squads will then travel to Detroit, MI, on October 4
th for the Brunswick Midwest Collegiate Championship, with the men competing at Imperial Lanes and the women at Five Star Lanes.
From there, UC will head to Indianapolis, IN, for the Western Shootout on October 11
th before turning their attention to MSC play. The Patriots compete in back-to-back conference events October 25
th–26
th in Smyrna, TN, at the MSC Greater Nashville Open and the Brandon Burns Memorial Tournament.
The men's team will get an additional tune-up at the Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic in Marietta, GA, on November 1
st, while the women close out the fall at the Roto Grip Raider Classic in Beaver Creek, OH, on November 8
th.
Both squads resume action after the holiday break with a pair of January tournaments. On January 17
th, they'll head to Addison, IL, for the prestigious Hammer/Kegel/ISBPA Collegiate Classic at Stardust Bowl. The following weekend, January 24
th–25
th, Cumberlands will compete in Louisville, KY, at the MSC Lynne Jordan Memorial and the Thomas N. Burris Memorial, with the men bowling at Kingpin Lanes and the women at Ken Bowl.
The postseason push begins February 5
th with the MSC Conference Championships in Bowling Green, KY. UC then wraps up the regular season with one of the nation's largest collegiate events, the Columbia 300 Hoosier Classic, February 14
th–15
th in Indianapolis, IN.
