Louisville, KY - The UC women's bowling team earned a sixth place finish out of 17 teams at the MSC Lynne Jordan Memorial on Saturday. Cumberlands had four bowlers finish in the top-40 overall.
Cumberlands had a total pinfall of 5440Â through four team games and eight baker games. The Pats knocked down 3925Â pins in team games, before knocking down 1515 pins in the baker games.
Kailee Blain led the way for UC by placing 24th overall to open the weekend. The freshman knocked down 811 pins through four games for a 202.75-pin average. Blain's best score came in game four 256 pins.
Following right behind her in 25th place was Skyler Holt. The sophomore tallied 806 pins for a 201.5-pin average. Her best score came in game two with 215 pins.
Rylee Carter had a strong performance, finishing 30th with 787 pins knocked down through four games. The freshman recorded a 196.75-pin average with her best score in game two with 223 pins.
Paige Frantz had a total pinfall of 753 through four games for a 188.25-pin average to place 38th. Her best score came in game three with 222 pins.Â
The Patriots are back in action tomorrow for the Thomas Burris Memorial.
