Bowling Green, Ky - Two Patriots were named MSC Academic All-Conference honorees, conference officials announced Thursday. The MSC also named junior Paige Frantz as UC's Champion of Character.

Frantz and Skyler Holt were the two representatives for UC on the Academic All-Conference list. Frantz picks up the honor for the second time in her career while Holt earns the honor for the first time.

Those nominated for the MSC Academic All-Conference Team must have a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter. 37 total student-athletes were named to this list. 

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.

Cumberlands is currently in Bowling Green, KY competing at the MSC Championships. The Pats are competing in individual singles and doubles action today, followed by the team rounds.
