Bowling Green, KY – For the first time in her career, Kailee Blain has been named the MSC Bowler of the Week, conference officials announced Tuesday afternoon.
 
Blain becomes the second Patriot to receive the honor this season after Paige Frantz won it back on Jan 21^st.
 
The Louisville, KY native earned this honor after finishing 39^th overall at the Hoosier Classic last weekend. The freshman knocked down 1009 pins through five team games for a 201.8-pin average. Blain's best score came in game four with 235 pins.
 
Blain's efforts helped UC secure a 17^th place finish out of 66 teams in the Hoosier Classic.
 
Blain and the Pats are back in action on February 20th-February 22nd, for the Mid-South Conference Championships in Bowling Green, KY.
