Louisville, KY – The UC Women's Bowling team placed 11th out of 17 teams in the Thomas Burris Memorial tournament on Sunday to conclude their weekend in Louisville.

Cumberlands had a total pinfall of 4957 through four team games and eight baker games. UC knocked down 3532 pins in the team games, before knocking down 1425 in the baker games. 

Katie Palmer led the way for UC and placed 43rd overall. The sophomore had a total pinfall of 756 through four games for a 189-pin average. Palmer saw her best score come in game three with 224 pins.

Finishing a couple spots behind her was Kailee Blain in 45th. Blain knocked down 754 pins through four games for a 188.5-pin average. The freshman started off strong with her best score coming in game one with 207 pins.

Allison Finn finished 59th with a total pinfall of 708 through four games for a 177-pin average. Finn earned her best score in the first game with 207 pins. 

Placing 67th overall was Skyler Holt who knocked down 683 pins through four games for a 170.8-pin average. The sophomore's best score came in game four with 190 pins. 

Rylee Carter also competed and finished 93rd, knocking down 490 pins through three games for a 163.3-pin average. Carter's best score came in game three with 179 pins. 

The Patriots return to the lanes Saturday, February 15th for the Hoosier Classic in Indianapolis, IN.
