Bowling Green, KY – The RV Patriots men's golf team finished runner-up at the Fall Mid-South Conference Preview. Competing at the Bowling Green Country Club, the Patriots tested their conference strength, finishing second overall with a three-round total of (+14).  

Leading the way for Cumberlands was Eli Fischer, who earned a top five finish after carding rounds of 72 (E), 75 (+3), and 72 (E) for a total of 219 (+3). Fischer's steady play included 11 birdies over the week, marking one of his most consistent performances of the fall. 

Pedro Morgado followed closely behind, finishing 10th overall with rounds of 73 (+1), 73 (+1), and 75 (+3) to post a 221 (+5), while both Alexei Butchart and Thomas White tied for 13th at 223 (+7). Each recorded eight birdies throughout the tournament to help the Patriots remain near the top of the leaderboard.  

Colby Johnson rounded out the lineup scoring 231 (+15) and finishing 28th. He bounced back from a tough opening round to close with a final-round 69 (-3), his best score of the season. 

Competing as individuals, Theo Andersson and Radney Bales each tied for 19th at 228 (+12), continuing the Patriots' depth across the roster. 

The Patriots finished behind only No. 10 Lindsey Wilson (+6), while fellow conference rivals (RV) Campbellsville placed fourth at (+18), setting the stage for a competitive spring season as Cumberlands looks to contend for the MSC title. 

With the fall season in the books, the Patriots now shift their focus to the spring schedule, where they'll look to build on their momentum and continue refining their game ahead of championship play.
