Detroit, MI – The University of the Cumberlands Women's Bowling team continued their strong start to the 2025-26 season with a competitive showing at the 54th Annual Brunswick Midwest Collegiate Championship this weekend. The Patriots placed 21st out of 42 varsity teams with a total pinfall of 6,988 through five team games and 16 baker games. 

Leading the way for UC was Sienna Stoner, who finished 34th overall after knocking down 948 pins over five games for an average of 189.6 pins per game. Her best performance came in game five, where she rolled a 220. 

Paige Frantz followed closely, finishing 46th overall with a total of 925 pins and a 185.0 average. 

Skyler Holt placed 116th overall, tallying 767 pins across five games for a 153.4 average. Kailee Blain finished next with 656 pins through four games for a 164-pin average. 

Cumberlands will return to action October 11-12 when they travel to Indianapolis, IN, for the Columbia 300 Western Shootout.
