Cumberlands Women's Bowling Places 17th at Hoosier Classic

Indianapolis, IN – The UC Women's Bowling team placed 17th out of 66 teams at the Hoosier Classic this weekend in Indianapolis. The Patriots had a total pinfall of 7694 through five team games and 15 baker games. Cumberlands knocked down 4726 pins in the team games, before knocking down 2968 in the baker games.

Kailee Blain led the way for the Pats and placed 39th overall. The freshman knocked down 1009 pins through five team games for a 201.8-pin average. Blain's best score came in game four with 235 pins.

Paige Frantz was the next finisher for UC and placed 55th overall. The junior had a total pinfall of 987 through five team games for a 197.4-pin average. Frantz earned her best score in game two with 216 pins.

Skyler Holt placed 91st overall with a total pinfall of 947 through five team games for a 189.4-pin average. Her best score came in the first game with 203 pins knocked down.

Placing 106th overall for Cumberlands was Katie Palmer. Palmer tallied a total pinfall of 929 through five games for a 185.8-pin average. The sophomore had her best score in game four with 203 pins.

The Pats are back in action on February 20th-February 22nd, for the Mid-South Conference Championships in Bowling Green, KY.
