Bowling Green, KY – After leading Cumberlands to an undefeated weekend, setter Savanah Jolly has been named the Mid-South Conference Setter of the Week for the second week in a row. 

Jolly averaged 11.7 assists per set to help the Patriots go 3-0 at the Cumberlands Invite and improve to 7-0 on the season. The Louisville, KY native posted a career-high 48 assists in the four-set win over #17 Montana Tech, guiding the UC offense to a statement victory. She also dished out 34 and 35 assists, respectively, in sweeps over Carolina and Union Commonwealth. 

In addition to her offensive contributions, Jolly tallied 29 digs and added a pair of service aces across the three matches. Over the weekend, she also recorded her 1,000th career assist, adding to the significance of her performance. This marks her second MSC weekly honor of the season and the second of her career. 

Cumberlands returns to the court on Friday, September 5, when they travel to Kokomo, IN for the IU Kokomo Quad Tournament. The Pats will play two matches on Friday with the first one starting at noon ET against #8 IU Kokomo.
