BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – After earning a 27-14 victory on the road at Warner over the weekend,
Drew Gregg was named Mid-South Conference Offensive Player of the Week, officials announced Monday afternoon.
Gregg threw for three touchdowns on Saturday with 115 passing yards of 17-28 passing. He added 58 rushing yards for a total of 173 yards against the Royals. The Newport, TN native connected with
Michael Petty for his first score of the game, then found
Cade Lamb and
Adam Foulk in the second quarter for 11 total passing touchdowns on the season, tied for the most in the MSC this year.
This marks Drew gregg's first time earning MSC Player of the Week honors and is the first Patriot since 2021 to earn MSC Offensive Player of the Week.
Gregg and the Patriots will open conference play this Saturday as they travel to Campbellsville to take on the 12th ranked Tigers. Kickoff is set for 2 PM ET.
