BOWLING GREEN, KY – Heather Durrant has been named the MSC Women's Track Athlete of the Week, conference officials announced Monday afternoon. The junior racewalker delivered a dominant performance at the Marian Knights Open, earning a national standard and a victory in her event.
 
Durrant claimed first place in the 5,000-meter racewalk, crossing the finish line in 24:16.13. Her mark secured the NAIA A standard and currently ranks as the second-fastest time in the NAIA this season.
 
Her performance highlights a strong showing for the Patriots in the racewalk and continues to establish Durrant among the top competitors nationally in the event.
