BOWLING GREEN, KY – Tavon Davis has been named the MSC Men's Track Athlete of the Week, conference officials announced Monday afternoon. The junior standout earns his third conference honor of the outdoor season following another impressive performance at the Lee Fast Break Invitational.
 
Davis showcased his versatility by competing in the 800-meter run, where he claimed first place with a time of 1:50.62. The mark secured the NAIA B standard and currently ranks fourth in the NAIA this season.
 
His performance continues to highlight his range on the track and adds to an already strong outdoor campaign for the Patriots. This marks his third MSC Weekly Honors of the season.
 
The Pats will now look ahead to Wake Forrest and Georgia Tech next weekend where they will continue to build off this momentum.
