Bowling Green, KY – The University of the Cumberlands men's tennis team earned strong recognition from the conference office Friday morning, placing four student-athletes on the All-Conference teams following an impressive 5-1 conference season. 

Leading the way for the Patriots was Jacopo Cianfarini, Darius Kuster, and Thibaud Vivier, each being named First Team All-Conference after standout performances in conference play. 

Competing at the top of the lineup, Cianfarini posted a 4-2 record at No. 1 singles while also going 5-1 in doubles play at the No. 2 position, proving to be a consistent force in both formats. 

Kuster played consistent at the top of the lineup at No. 2 singles, where he compiled an impressive 5-1 conference record, while also teaming up at No. 1 doubles to go 5-1. His all-around performance made him one of the most reliable contributors for the Patriots throughout the season. 

Vivier added to the Patriots' dominance with a 5-1 record at No. 4 singles, showcasing depth and consistency that helped Cumberlands control matches from top to bottom. 

In addition, Gabriele Solda earned Second Team All-Conference honors after a strong campaign. Solda recorded a 4-2 mark at No. 3 singles and matched that success in doubles, going 5-1 at the No. 1 position. His ability to contribute in both singles and doubles play provided a major boost to the Patriots lineup. 

The All-Conference selections highlight the depth, consistency, and high-level play of this Patriots squad. Finishing 5-1 in conference play, Cumberlands established itself as one of the top teams in the league, with multiple First Team honorees leading the charge. 

UC opens action as the 2-seed at the MSC Tournament on Friday, April 17 against the 7-seed Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.). The first serve is slated for 1:00 PM CT in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
