BOWLING GREEN, KY – The University of the Cumberlands men's track & field team placed an MSC best 27 student-athletes on the Mid-South Conference Academic All-Conference Team, highlighting another strong year in the classroom for the Patriots.
Leading the way were seven Patriots who earned the honor for the third time in their careers.
Jon Eades,
Austin Meacham,
Dillan Melchiore,
Luca Madeo,
Hauke Trost, Edwin Van Wyk, and
Max Young each collected their third MSC Academic All-Conference recognition.
Four more Patriots earned the honor for the second time, including Noah Loser,
Hugo Massa,
Seth Massie, and
Byron Collier.
The remaining honorees earned the distinction for the first time in their careers, including
Jordan Afolayan,
Dratavyn Barber,
Lucien Beardsley,
Dean Clarke,
Tavon Davis,
Ryan Ehrler,
Noah Kincade,
Maddox Knight,
David Leon,
Jackson Lowe,
Roy Miller,
Nate Powers,
David Newton,
Reed Richardson,
Aarontae Wesley, and
Lebron Williams.
To be eligible for the MSC Academic All-Conference Team, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA and be at least a sophomore in academic standing.
