Bowling Green, KY – Patriots setter
Savanah Jolly has continued to be the catalyst of the Cumberlands offense and on Monday the senior captured her third Mid-South Conference Setter of the Week honor, conference officials announced.
Jolly notched 112 assists, averaging 10.18 assists per set, along with 34 digs, seven kills, and three aces across UC's three matches. The senior tallied 36 assists and 12 digs in Cumberlands 3-0 sweep over Columbia International, in a rematch of last year's opening round.
The Louisville, KY native dished out 38 assists, averaging 12.67 assists per set, in Cumberlands 3-0 win over Carolina. Jolly also tallied two kills, two aces and eight digs in the sweep. The senior opened the week with 38 assists and 14 digs against Bethel. Jolly leads the MSC averaging 9.94 assists per sets.
The Patriots will return to the court Saturday, September 12th, when they travel to Columbia, KY for a pair of matches against Fisk at 12:30 p.m. and Blue Mountain State at 3 p.m.
