As a freshman (2023-24) ... Indoor: 2x All-American (3K & DMR), Second-Team All-Conference (Mile), Third-Team All-Conference (3K) ... Competed at five meets in the Mile, 3000m, and DMR. Clocked a PR 3K time of 8:12.94 at the Music City Challenge for fourth. Placed third in the 3K at NAIA Nationals with a 8:19.38 and 2nd in the DMR with a combined school record time of 9:55.13. Finished second in the mile at the MSC Championships and third in the 3K. Outdoor: NAIA Qualifier (1500m & 5K), First-Team All-Conference (4x800), Second-Team All-Conference (1500m) ... Competed at five meets in the 800m, Mile, 1500m, 5000m, and 4x800. Ran a 5K PR of 14:12.07 at the Raleigh Relays. Clocked personal bests of 1:55.07 in the 800m and 4:07.46 int he mile at the Lee university Fast break, placing third in the mile. Ran a 3:45.24 1500m PR for seventh at the Virginia Challenge. Part of a school record 4x800 finish of 7:25.20 for first place at the MSC Championships. Finished second in the 1500m in MSC's as well. Finished 21st in the 5K and 15th in the 1500m at NAIA Nationals.
