As a senior (2024-25)... Indoor: MSC Third Team All-Conference... Competed at four meets in the 800m, 1000m, and mile. Finished third in the mile at the Mid-South Indoor Chamionship. Outdoor: MSC Second Team All-Conference... Competed at three meets in the 800m, 1500m, 4x400m, and 4x800m. Finished first in the 1500m at the 57th Annual Centre College Invitationa. Finished second in the 4x800m at the Mid-South Outdoor Championship. 

As a junior (2023-24) ... Indoor: All-American (DMR), NAIA Qualifier (Mile) ... Competed at five meets in the Mile, 3000m, and DMR. Clocked new PR's of 4:13.54 in the mile and 8:32.89 in the 3K. Placed fifth in the mile at the MSC Championships and 12th in the 3K. Qualified for the DMR finals at NAIA Nationals with a 10:03.82 and placed 22nd in the mile with a 4:33.39 finish. Outdoor: Competed at two meets in the 800m run. Ran a season best 2:01.78 at the Gordon Bocock Cumberlands Invitational, placing fifth.

As a sophomore (2022-23) ... Indoor: NAIA Qualifier (Mile), Second-Team All-Conference (DMR), Third-Team All-Conference (3K): Season best mile time of 4:16.95 at the GVSU Big Meet, placing eighth. Best 3K performance came at the Ashland-Jud Logan Light Giver Open with an 8:44.35 time. Ran a 4:21.71 mile at NAIA Nationals for 16th in the prelims. Placed second in the DMR at MSC's with a 10:29.12, third in the 3K, and fourth in the mile. Outdoor: Competed in four meets, running the 800m, 1500m, 5K, and 4x800. Posted season best times in the 800m and 1500m at the UC Home Meet with times of 1:56.69 and 4:03.63. Best 5K time of the season came at the WashU Distance Carnival with a 15:47.10 finish.
