As a freshman (2023-24) ... Indoor: NAIA Most Valuable Performer, National Champion (1K, Mile), National Runner-Up (DMR), MSC Athlete of the Year, MSC Freshman of the Year, First-Team All-Conference (1K, Mile), Third-Team All-Conference (4x800) ... Competed at seven meets in the 1000m, Mile, 4x800, and DMR. Set school records in the mile, 1K, and DMR with a mile time of 4:01.33 and 1K finish of 2:22.70. The 1K PR came at the NAIA National Championships for first overall. Won the mile at NAIA Nationals with a 4:06.86 finish and placed second in the DMR with a combined school record time of 9:55.13. Won both the 1K and Mile at the MSC Championships and placed third in the 4x800. Outdoor: National Champion (1500), National Runner-Up (800m), NAIA Qualifier (4x800), First-Team All-Conference (800, 4x800) ... Competed at five meets in the 800m, 1500m, and 4x800. Won the 1500m at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships with a 3:47.79. Finished second in the 800m with a PR 1:49.78 finish. Ran a 1500m school record and PR time of 3:41.79 at the Raleigh Relays. Part of the second fastest 4x800 relay performance in NAIA history, clocking a school record of 7:25.20 to win the MSC Championship. Also won the 800m at MSC's.
