Emily Jasper earned women's athlete of the week honors after posting a .450 average, with four RBI’s to help the Patriots to a 5-1 week. Jasper started the week going 2-2 with three RBI in UC’s 11-2 win over Hiwassee. She followed that up with a pair of hits and two run scored in the second game against the Tigers. Against KCU, Jasper notched five hits and four runs scored, including going 3-4 with a run scored in the Patriots 2-1 win in game two. In addition to her strong hitting, Jasper also went a perfect 7-7 on stolen bases. Jasper now has 10 multi-hit games this season.
