Apppiah earned the male athlete of the month honors after tallying nine goals, three assists, and 21 points on the month has he netted at least one goal in all six games. The sophomore has three multi-goal games, two game-winning goals, and netted the equalizer in UC's 1-1 tie with Georgetown. Appiah opened the month with consecutive multi-goal games, including two goals and an assists in their 4-1 win over then 13th-ranked Rio Grande. His performance helped Appiah earn NAIA Offensive Player of the Week honors. The sophomore tallied four goals and an assists over UC’s first three MSC games, including a 2-1 win over #23 Bethel. Appiah is ranked second in the conference with nine goals.
