Anthony Johnson earned athlete of the month honors after a dominating month for Cumberlands.  Johnson tallied 22.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game over the Patriots four games on the month.  The junior opened the month with 18 points and seven rebounds against Dalton State.  Johnson followed that up with 29 points on 70.6% shooting from the field in the win over Rio Grande.  Anthony Johnson went into the break with 26 points, two blocks and a steal in the win over Midway.  In addition, Johnson dished out a trio of assists in each of those first three games in on month.  The Alabama native, closed out the month with 18 points to go along with a season eight boards as UC defeated Union Commonwealth on the road.
