Orley Arellano earned male player of the week honors after hitting three home runs, driving in five RBI, and scoring nine runs in the Patriots five games. Arellano hit safely in four of UC's five contests on the week and scored at least a run in all five games. While going 6-20 from the plate, he would reach base a total of nine times on the week, but scored every time he reached base. He also cranked three home runs in two games against the Phoenix of Cumberland University, including a game-winning walk-off two-run home run in the 12^th inning of game one of the doubleheader on Saturday.
