Colorado Springs, CO – The University of the Cumberlands men's and women's swimming & diving teams had 18 student-athletes named CSCAA Scholar All-Americans for the Spring 2019 semester. UC had ten men's swimmers & divers and eight women's swimmer & divers earned this distinction.

Bryce Pierce Carl Rogne,
Alan Senn,
Jacob Smith, and
Blaise Snowberg were the ten men's student-athletes that garnered this award. On the women's team

Nicole Ceausu,
Mendy De Rooi,
Yuliia Hnidenko,
Cameron Klimczak,
Christina Klouda,
Danielle Rehl, and
Katy Smeltzer earned this distinction.
There were 1,221 swimmers & divers from across all three NCAA divisions, NAIA, and NJCCA that earned this award. To be eligible student-athletes had to achieve a 3.50 GPA either cumulative or this term and hit a national "A" standard.
The Patriots are coming off a successful season in which both teams captured their respective Mid-South Conference Championship. The women's team followed that up with a third place finish at the national championships, while the men's team finished fourth. The program combined to win six individual NAIA national titles.
