Bowling Green, KY- The UC dance team recorded a score of 82.80 while competing at the Mid-South Conference Tournament.

The score was just 6.27 points behind their season best, which won them the Patriot Spirit Invite earlier this season.

UC tallied five dancers on the All-Mid South Conference Team, including two on first team and three on second team. Leading the way for MSC First Team All-Conference were Natalie Rector and Taylor Hampton. This marks Rector as a two-time First Team honoree, where she also won the award last season.

On Second Team All-Conference was Katy Powers, Erin Jones, and Molly Evans. The five All-MSC honorees was the most by any team in the conference.

Thomas More led all teams at the competition with a score 93.50 to take home the SMC Crown. Pikeville earned 84.73 points for second place with UC right behind them with 82.80.

Cumberlands will return to the mats on February 19 when they travel to Miami Gardens, Fl at St. Thomas.
