Bowling Green, KY – Coming off one of the strongest winters in school history that 12 of the 13 teams advance to the NAIA National Championships, the Patriots have surged atop the Mid-South Conference President's Cup standings, conference officials announced Wednesday.  The Patriots have scored 110.5 points to hold a 13 point advantage over its closest competitor.

The Patriots have scored 56 points on the men's side and 54.5 points on the women's side to lead the All-Sports standings as well.  UC is looking to repeat as the women's all-sport champion, while they are seeking their first MSC President's Cup since the 2008-09 season.

UC has captured four Mid-South Conference championships as women's cross country, men's swimming & diving, women's swimming & diving, and men's wrestling have all been crown champions.  Each one of those teams contributed 10 points to the President's Cup. 

Women's indoor track & field finished as the conference runner-up, while men's soccer finished tied for second place.  Men's bowling and men's indoor track and field notched third place finishes in the conference standings, while women's basketball tied Georgetown for third place during the regular season.

Lindsey Wilson is in second place with 97 points, while Campbellsville, who has 52.5 points on the women's all-sport standing is third overall with 95.5 points.

The President's Cup points consist of the top seven men's finishes and the top seven women's finishes throughout the season.  The final standings of the President's Cup will be released after the conclusion of all spring championships.
