Williamsburg, KY- Patriots Baseball shines a light on four players that are playing in the Pros. Bryan Leef, Colton Easterwood, Sean Cheely, and Kevin Rolon are recent graduates from Cumberlands and are producing at a high level in their careers at the next level.

Bryan Leef - Capitales de Quebec

So far this season, Leef has become an everyday starter and has played 44 games. He scored 27 runs on 34 hits. Of his 34 hits, Leef has 11 homeruns and six doubles for a total of 31 RBIs. He has a .236 batting average on the year with a .507 slugging percentage, while coming away with four stolen bases. He is currently back in Kentucky for a series against the Florence Y'ALLs.

Colton Easterwood – Gateway Grizzlies

Easterwood has been outstanding on the mound for the Grizzlies this season. He has made 23 appearances for a 2-0 record. Easterwood leads to team in saves tallying nine so far this season. In his 23 appearences, he's pitched 24.2 innings and in those innings of work he has 35 strikeouts for an ERA of 5.47.

Sean Cheely – Lake Erie Crushers

In his second season with Lake Erie, Cheely has played in 53 games. On offense he scored 17 runs on 32 hits. Of his 32 hits, five have been for extra bases. Cheely has two homers, two doubles, and a triple. He has shown his plate discipline getting walked 15 times while leading the way on the base path with 18 stolen bases.

Kevin Rolon – New Jersey Jackals

Rolon recently signed with the New Jersey Jackals of the Frontier League. So far, he has played in four games this season. In those four games, he has three hits with one being a solo homerun. Rolon has also taken two walks.

Head coach Brad Shelton had this to say, "I'm really happy to see these guys getting to do what they love. They were great players for us and they're all winners. Most of all, they were great teammates".
