                     Smyrna, TN – The Patriots Men's Bowling team capped off the weekend with a strong performance at the MSC Brandon Burns Memorial on Sunday. The Patriots placed 12th out of 17 varsity teams, knocking down a total of 5,361 pins through four team games and eight baker games. 
Sophomore Owen McClure made program history with a standout performance, rolling a perfect 300 game in game two. McClure became just the second bowler in program history to record a 300, joining former Patriot Thomas McNeal in achieving the milestone. McClure finished ninth overall with a total pinfall of 891 across four games for an impressive 222.8 average. 
Trent Smallwood followed closely, placing 29th overall after knocking down 830 pins for a 207.5 average.  
Austin Hale finished 78th with 748 pins for a 187.0 average, while Austin Nelson added 717 pins for a 179.3 average to place 88th.  
Rounding out the Patriots' lineup was Andrew Ketron, who totaled 378 pins in two games for a 189.0 average. 
Cumberlands showed resilience and depth throughout the weekend, improving their team score on day two while competing against a tough Mid-South Conference field. 
The Patriots will return to action November 1-2 when they travel to Marietta, GA, for the Bowlero Southern Collegiate Classic.
