Bowling Green, KY – The Patriots earned nine spots on this year's Academic All-Conference team, MSC officials announced on Thursday morning.
 
A pair of Pats earned these honors for the third consecutive season including James Dosado and Andrew Farthing, while Andy Sears, Ryan Hillard, Benjamin Skatzes, Joshua Stegman, and Dustin Sulfridge find themselves on the Academic-Team for two years in a row.
 
Madelyn Lewis and Kaitlyn Shupe earn this award for the first time at UC, rounding out the Patriots nine honorees.
 
In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved at least sophomore academic status.
 
Cumberland (Tenn.) led the conference with 23 award winners, while Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) produced the second most with 11 honorees.
