As a junior (2024-25)... Indoor: Competed at five meets in the 3000m and 5000m. Outdoor: MSC Academic All-Conference... Competed at seven meets in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Finished 18th in the 10,000m at the NAIA Outdoor Championships. Finished third in the 5000m at the Cumberlands Early Season Meet. Set a 5000m PR of 14:41.51 at the Lee University Last Chance for a 14th place finish. Set a 10,000m PR of 30:33.26 at the Wake Forest Invitational for an 18th place finish. 

As a sophomore (2023-24) ... Indoor: NAIA Qualifier (3K) ... Competed at six meets in the Mile, 3000m, and 5000m. Ran PR's in each, clocking a 4:15.13 mile at the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic, an 8:24.81 3K at the MSC Championships for fifth, and a 14:44.58 5K at the Music City Challenge. Placed 10th in the 3K at the NAIA National Championships behind a 8:37.38 finish. Placed fourth in the mile at MSC's as well. Outdoor: NAIA Qualifier (10K) ... Competed at five meets in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, and 10000m. Ran a 10K PR of 30:51.14 at the Lee Fast break Invitation for 14th. Placed 33rd in the 10K at NAIA Outdoor Nationals as well. 

As a freshman (2022-23) ... Indoor: Second-Team All-Conference (5K): Competed in three meets, running the 3K and 5K. Season best 3K time of 8:36.64 at the GVSU Big meet, placing eighth. Finished second at the MSC Championships in the 5K, running a 15:05.49. Finished fifth in the 3K behind a time of 8:48.34 as well. Outdoor: NAIA Qualifier (4x800), Second-Team All-Conference (4x800): Competed in seven meets, running the 1500, 5K, and 4x800. Ran a PR 5K of 14:53.21 at Lee University Last Chance Meet. Clocked a 3:59.64 in the 1500m at the MSC Championships, placing fourth. Finished second with the 4x800 relay team at MSC's for second, and fifth in the 5K as well.
