As a senior (2024-25)... Indoor: Competed at four meets in the mile and 3000m. Set a mile PR of 5:29.41 for a fourth place finish at the Mid-South Indoor Championship. Set a PR in the 3000m of 11:00.90 for an 18th place finish at the Bellarmine University Open. Outdoor: Daktronics-NAIA All-American... MSC Academic All-Conference... Competed at eight meets in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, and 4x800m. Finished 7th in the 1500m at both the Cumberlands Early Season meet and the 57th Annual Centre College Outdoor Invitationa. Clocked a 2:25.98 PR in the 800m at the Lee University Last Chance for a 16th place finish. Set a 5000m PR of 18:58.93 for a 30th place finish at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open. 

As a junior (2024-25)... Indoor: Competed at four meets in the mile and 3000m. Set a mile PR of 5:29.41 for a fourth place finish at the Mid-South Indoor Championship. Competed at eight meets in the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, and 4x800m. Set a 800m PR of 2:25.98 for a 16th place finish at the Lee University Last Chance meet. Set a 5000m PR of 18:58.93 for a 30th place finish at the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open. 

As a sophomore (2023-24) ... Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference ... Indoor: Competed at three meets in the Mile and 300m run. Clocked a 5:43.81 for eighth in the mile at the MSC Indoor Championships. Placed 11th in the 3K at MSC's as well. Outdoor: Competed at six meets in the 800m and 1500m runs. Ran a season best 800m time of 2:29.83 for seventh at the Gordon Bocock UC Invitational and a 1500m time of 5:09.32 at the 2024 Jim Green Invitational. Finished 13th in the 1500m and 14th in the 800m at the MSC Outdoor Championships. 

As a freshman (2022-23) ... Indoor: NAIA Qualifier (DMR), Second-Team All-Conference (DMR): Competed in five meets, running the Mile, 3000m, 5000m, and DMR. Ran season best mile time of 5:31.12 and 3000m time of 11:19.01 at the Bellarmine Open and the Rod McCravy Memorial. Finished second with the DMR squad at the MSC Championships. Finished 18th in the DMR at the NAIA National Championships. Outdoor: First-Team All-Conference (4x800): Competed in six meets, running the 800m, 1500m, 5000m, and 4x800. Season best 800m time of 2:28.10 at the UC Home Meet. Season best 5000m time of 19:42.34 at the WashU Distance Carnival. Season best 1500m time of 4:58.79 at the Lee University Last Chance Meet. Finished first with the 4x800 relay team at the MSC Championships in 9:26.96.
