As a senior (2024-25)... Indoor: MSC Third Team All-Conference... Competed at five meets in the 3000m and 5000m. Placed third at the Mid-South Indoor Championship in the 5000m with a time of 17:59.75. Set a 5000m PR of 17:17.20 at the Vanderbilt Invitational for a fifth place finish. Competed at the NAIA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: MSC Second Team All-Conference... Competed at five meets in the 5000m and 10,000m. Placed first in the 5000m at both the Gordon Bocock Cumberlands Invitational and the Jim Freeman / Clark Wood Open. Set a PR of 35:54.84 in the 10,000m at the Lee University Last Chance meet. Placed 13th in the 10,000m and 14th in the 5000m at NAIA Outdoor Nationals. 

As a junior (2023-24) ... Indoor: NAIA Qualifier (5K), Second-Team All-Conference (3K, 5K) ... Competed at five meets in the Mile, 3000m, and 5000m runs. Ran PR's of 5:11.41 and 10:16.41 in the mile and the 3K. Ran a 17:37.38 5K time for 100th in the prelims at the NAIA Indoor Championships, finished 12th in the finals. Outdoor: All-American (10K), NAIA Qualifier (5K), Second-Team All-Conference (10K) ... Competed at six meets in the 1500, 5000m, and 10000m. Clocked a personal best 1500m finish of 4:50.71 for fifth at the 2024 Montreat College Open, a 17:17.97 5K at the Virginia Challenge, and a 36:34.07 at the Lee Fast Break Invitational. Ran a 36:48.16 10K for fifth and All-American honors at the NAIA Outdoor Championships. Finished third in the 5K prelims at NAIA Nationals. Placed second in the 10K at the MSC Outdoor Championships and 5th in the 1500m at MSC's as well.
