As a sophomore (2024-25) ... Indoor: National Champion (3K), All-American (DMR) ... Competed at four meets in the Mile, 3K, 5K, and DMR. Won the 3K at NAIA Nationals and helped finish second in the DMR with a 9:51.45 finish. Ran a 3:59.70 mile at the Music City Challenge, the first sub-four minute mile in program history, and a PR 3K of 8:00.40 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic. Outdoor: First-Team All-Conference (1500) ... Competed at four meets in the 1500m, and 5K. Ran a best 1500m at Wake Forest, finishing in 3:42.71. Wont he MSC 1500m with a 3:50.65 finish. 

As a freshman (2023-24) ... Indoor: National Champion (3K), All-American (DMR), First-Team All-Conference (5K), Second-Team All-Conference (3K) ... Competed at five meets. Recorded a PR and new school record 3K time of 8:08.94 at the Music City Challenge. Won the 3K at NAIA Nationals with an 8:28.30 finish, placed 2nd in the DMR with a new school record 9:55.13 finish. Outdoor: National Runner-Up (1500m & 5K), First-Team All-Conference (1500m & 4x800) ... Competed at six meets in the 1500m, 5000m, and 4x800. Set a 5K PR of 13:53.99 at the Raleigh Relays for a new school record and a 1500m PR time of 3:43.62 at the Virginia Challenge. Placed second at the NAIA National Championships in the 1500 and 5K races. Helped the 4x800 set a new school record time of 7:25.20 for first place at the MSC Championships. Won the 1500m at MSC's as well.
