Dublin, OH – With the conclusion of the 2019 US National Outdoor Collegiate Championships, USA Archery has announced its recipients of their 2019 USA Archery Collegiate All-American awards. A total of 78 archers received the award this year with 23 coming from the Mid-South Conference schools. Seven of those archers are members of the Patriots' program.
To qualify for Collegiate All-American status, an archer's combined qualifying score from both indoor nationals as well as outdoor nationals must place the archer inside their division's top 25% in scoring with a maximum number of ten award recipients.
For Cumberlands, three women and four men would earn the high honors. In women's compound,
Brooke Miller, who was also named the Female All-Around Archer of the Year, would earn All-American honors. Teammates
Courtnie Carr and
McKenzie Gaines would also receive honors in the Women's Bowhunter division.
A pair of men in both the Bowhunter and Compound divisions would also earn All-American status. Senior
Josh Isenhoff, who qualified for a spot on the World University Games team, and
Jase Boils, who was named the Male All-Around Archer of the Year, both earned the high honors in the Compound division. Bowhunter teammates
Caleb Dixon and
Aaron Adams also were honored with All-American status.

Kris Strebeck stated, "With the growth of collegiate archery, this honor became more prestigious and this group worked hard to achieve it. This award is a reflection of their hard work and dedication and I'm very proud of each and every one of them."
