Bowling Green, KY - Patriots sophomore Saran Jantratit has been named the Mid-South Conference Golfer of the Week. This is the first weekly honor of Jantratit's career and the first earned by a Patriot this season. 

Jantratit put together an impressive showing at the East Tennessee Collegiate, posting rounds of 69 (-3) and 68 (-4) for a two-day total of 137 (-7), which secured him a tie for second place. 

The Chiang Mai, Thailand native carded nine birdies, one eagle, and a hole-in-one during his run. His ace came on hole 17 in round two, marking just the seventh hole-in-one in program history and the first since 2016. 

Jantratit's consistent play across both rounds highlighted his ability to finish strong, as he closed out his tournament with a bogey-free back nine on day one and the history-making ace on day two. 

The Patriots return to the green on October 6-7 at the Music City Invitational, hosted by Cumberland University in Nashville, Tennessee.
