BOWLING GREEN, KY – The University of the Cumberlands women's track & field team placed 20 student-athletes on the Mid-South Conference Academic All-Conference Team, continuing the program's success in the classroom. Their 20 honorees lead all programs in the MSC this season.
Leading the way were three Patriots who earned the honor for the third time in their careers.
Ashley Terry,
Chloe West, and
Alina Boshchuk each collected their third MSC Academic All-Conference recognition.
Seven more Patriots earned the distinction for the second time, including
Lilian Bittencourt,
Allie Bryson,
Hannah Durrant,
Heather Durrant,
Elisa Helferich,
Kennedi Riascos, and
Jaci Woods.
The remaining honorees earned the award for the first time in their careers, including
Tigist Bergman,
Anslee Crosby,
Delaney Deaton,
Megan Kitchens,
Lea Kunstmann, Katherine Lunsford,
Jasmin Ponce,
MaQuoia Raglin,
Lucy Sullivan, and
Ashley Terry.
To be eligible for the MSC Academic All-Conference Team, student-athletes must maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA and be at least a sophomore in academic standing.
Jaci Woods earned MSC Champion of Character honors as well.
