Allie Bryson and Abia Kante ran the opening 200 meters before Lillian Guzman took over for the final curve. Guzman then passed the baton to MaQuoia Raglin who crossed the finish line in 46.45 for a new school record and the third seed in the finals.

Kante also qualified for the final in the 200m dash after crossing the finish line in 24.52 for eighth in the prelims. She concluded her day in the long jump where she missed All-American honors by just 0.02m, leaping 5.55m for ninth overall.
