Williamsburg, KY – Patriots senior defender
Koral Hadac earned IWLCA Defensive Player of the Week honors after playing a vital role in UC capturing a pair of wins last week. The Rosemount, MN native tallied nine caused turnovers and scooped seven ground balls on the week.
Hadac opened the week with four caused turnovers and three ground balls as Cumberlands tallied a 19-8 win over #8 Indiana Tech. In that game, Hadac played a pivotal role, limiting the Warriors top scorer from last season to just one assist in the game.
The senior followed that up with five caused turnovers and scooped four ground balls in the win over UHSP. Hadac is now second on the team with 14 caused turnovers, while holding the program's career mark with 141 CT's.
Cumberlands returns to the field Tuesday, March 10th, when they host #1 Benedictine. That game is set for 6 p.m. with live video available
